Today is my sister Chris' birthday. I had made the other two cards for her friends and this time I made one for her. This is "Izzie has balloons" and she is from Stamping Bella. Chris is a big quilter and has made some of the most beautiful quilts that I have ever seen. So, I thought this quilt patterned paper by Basic Grey would be perfect for her. The paper is called "June Bug". I added "liquid glass" to the balloons to give them some dimension and raised the red balloon on a pop dot. Hope she likes it.

how the heck did you LG the red balloon without it discoloring on you!!!!????? You have to let me in on that secret! Last time I LGd something red it ended up looking orangey!
