A Valentine Layout

I was inspired by this layout in the February issue of Creating Keepsakes and couldn't wait to scrapbook my Valentine photo using it.

The supplies used from CTMH are: Textured White Daisy Cardstock, Tulip cardstock, Silhouette Paper Pack, Just Blooms Spring Blossoms, Heart Dimensional Elements, Sparkles, "February Word Puzzle(Retired)", and Tulip Ink. To create this layout I cut a piece of White Daisy Textured cardstock in half. Then I punched a heart shape on one of the halves using a "Nestabilities" die cut. I attached this piece to the "Tulip" colored cardstock with foam squares and filled it with blossoms and buttons. For the black flowers underneath, I punched out a piece of "Silhouette" paper with a flower shaped punch. The Dimensional Element hearts are sponged with Tulip ink. The stamped image around the heart is from the February Word Puzzle. The nice thing about acrylix stamps is that they bend easily. I took a straight piece and bent it into a half circle.
