Bubble Time

I just received this Paper Prettie in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to ink her up. She is called "Bubble Time". The paper used is "Lemonade" from Basic Grey.

Howdy Girlfriend

I made this card for Thursday's Paper Pretties Weekly Challenge. This week it is a 1-2-3 Challenge. The challenge is to make a card using one piece of ribbon, two buttons (or brads) and three layers.
This Paper Pretty is called "Howdy Girlfriend". I used CTMH Sarsaparilla Paper and some metal buttons and a charm that my SIL Vicki gave me.

Hola Chica

I received my Paper Pretties Stamp of the Month this week and couldn't wait to ink her up. This is Hola Chica. I had fun coloring her tiered skirt. I colored several images. They were all bright and so colorful. I am going to send this to a good friend for Cinco De Mayo. I used the sketch below from Paper Pretties. The paper is Unforgettable by CTMH. The little flowers are stamped from CTMH's Aspiration Set. The colors are Sorbet, Juniper and Cocoa. Don't you just love those names? I used my new Nestabillities Large Deckled Rectangles to cut the image. You are going to see a lot of this one. It is my new Fave.

Bunny Hop Sophia

I received this adorable Sophia stamp over a week ago and have not had a chance to play with her. Yesterday when I woke up I had a hard time wanting to go to work because I wanted to stay home and play. Ever have that problem? So, when I came home last nightI got her out immediately and began to play. I got my inspiration for the card sketch from Jackie Pedro over at Paper Pretties. The paper is from Stamping Up. It is called Tea Party. Sophia is from Paper Pretties. I belong to their stamp of the month club. It is so much fun to get a new stamp each month. Sending my love

I received this Paper Prettie in the mail on Friday and had fun coloring her this weekend. I decided to give a try at the Mojo Monday Sketch. I find it very helpful if I have a sketch to start with. So, I have been searching blogs to find different sketches. Once I have the sketch, then my creative juices start flowing. I can't remember who makes this paper, but I love it for a Valentine Card. I'm not sure if you can see, but I added Stickles to the hearts to give them a little Sparkle.

TGIF and a Paper Prettie

TGIF!!!! It has been a busy week for me at work and I have been too exhausted to create. Lexi has been really missing our time together. I received this stamp from Paper Pretties on Monday and hadn't even had a chance to get a good look at it. Last night Lexi and I had a great time together. She is developing so much creativity. I even let her use my Copic Markers to color the card you see below. Once I put them away, she went to her second choice of markers. LOL The paper used is CTMH Aspen. And the sketch is SC213. I had bought the snowflake stickers at Target in December but never got a chance to use them. I love how the colors work with the paper. Have a great weekend. I have a workshop tomorrow using this paper and I am excited to get together with my friends.
