The green polk-a-dot scalloped paper was made by cutting a 1 3/4" strip of "Sweet Leaf" Paper and stamping it with "My Acrylics~Spot on Background". Now I know you are asking "how did you do all those scallops and weave the ribbon?" Well, I will tell you. Fiskars makes these border punches!!! I ordered them through Amazon.com. The scalloped border is called "Treading Water". The Weave Border Punch is called "Leave it to Weaver" and the the Lacy punch used on the journaling paper is called "Lacy Days of Summer". I love them. I know that SU has come out with a scalloped border punch, but when I heard that Fiskars came up with one, I just couldn't wait.
