Yesterday, I had some friends over to scrapbook and this is the layout that I made. Pennants are all the rage in scrapbooking and I have been wanting to do a layout using the new "Party Pennant" stamp set by Close to My Heart. 
I was going through the October issue of Scrapbooks Etc. and came across this layout. It gave me the inspiration for my layout.
