When I saw this picture of Lexi, I immediately started singing "I wanna be a Cowboy's Sweetheart", by Leanne Rimes. She looks like she could almost be singing it in this picture. I may have to teach it to her.
The paper is CTMH - Blue Ribbon, The stamp set is October Stamp of the Month - Annotation. The white flowers and buttons are also CTMH. The buttons are tied with Natural Hemp. I used my Fiskars Border punch to get the lacy look at the bottom. The scallop at the top was punched with a large Marvy Punch. The layout sketch is #3 from Inspired Blue Prints.
